Organize

Organize, how many times have we heard that one. We don’t really pay attention until we have put ourselves into a position that requires us to finally start the process.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re in a home or an apartment, or maybe you share space with another person, getting it in order just makes good sense.

This video has so many good ideas, that I wanted to share it with all of you. Watch and listen. Then read through this information.

Finding your target, OK you know you don’t have a lot of time to spare, but you know you need to get things put into order.

You’re tired of looking for something and then never finding it.  This of course leads you to go out and buy again something you know you have, but just can’t find, so you’ve finally decided it’s time to organize so you don’t have  to go through this again.

Now you’re wondering where I begin, start right where you could not find what you were looking for.

Begin by De  cluttering the area.  If it’s a drawer, then pull everything out and place it on the counter top.

Chances are if it’s in the kitchen, it’s a drawer filled with papers.  Don’t be discouraged, take your time and go through each one of them and place them into a container, like a basket.

Then start your purge.  Remove everything that you no longer need or use.  Now wash out the drawer, and start to put back everything that you need to keep.

Look into drawer dividers to separate your items.

I use containers for silverware for my pencils and pens, and now have a box that will close and fit nicely into the drawer for all of my papers that I need to keep, like warranties for the appliances,   Replace all of your items back into the drawer, and move onto something else you would like to organize, Remember, by organizing you’ve saved time and money.

Next time you are looking for that item, you will know exactly where it is, and you will not have to replace it.

Whether you begin in the kitchen or the bathroom, it all starts the same way.

  • Pull everything out of what you would like to organize
  • De Clutter or purge the items
  • Re design the space to work for you
  • Replace all items

Remember to give to charity all those items you no longer need or use, it’s a good thing to do.

If you follow these easy steps, with all of your organizing, your life will be much easier.

You will have freed up an enormous amount of time, and in the end you will have even saved some of your hard earned money.

So, what’s next, The Basement? or maybe The Garage.

Whatever you decide, have some fun doing it.

In the end, you will have learned some great ways to organize your homes, and even learned some time management. Enjoy.
