CLEANING YOUR SILVER AND EVEN YOUR JEWELRY

take an alumin8um pie pan and add some salt. about a teaspoon or more and then add the same amount of powdered water softener, like calgon. fill the pan to the top with hot water and then stir to dissolve. you might be asking yourself what is water softener. it's used to soften your clothes when you do the laundry, but it's used for many cleaning jobs around the house. we'll get to some of them later, right now it's time to add your tarnished flatware. it won't take but a minute maybe less, and even the small crevices have been cleaned out, you won't have to take a small toothbrush to get into them. pull out when clean and dip into cold water to rinse then dry. your ready to go. who knew it would be so easy to clean your silver. the only time you would not use this for your jewelry is if it has antiquing on it, or stones imbedded on it. otherwise go ahead and have some fun cleaning.Another Great House Cleaning Tip.
