You don’t want to be sitting at your desk one day and get a call that could make or break your business and you reach for the ledger to write down something and it’s not there.

Putting together this space can be overwhelming in the beginning, but as you move through the process you will find that it will come naturally to you.

This Office Supply List is only the beginning, add those items you need as you go along.

As I say in my book Domestic Olympics “It’s not rocket science, but it does take some science to make it work” From the computers to the phone systems and all of the products that you will use, science plays its roll.

Let’s talk about the Cleaning of this space for a moment. If you keep it up as you go, then your office will always look neat and run much more efficiently .

Remember what the Coe’s say when it comes to promotions. They always promote the one with the clean desk.

Not only does it show structure but order as well to your space. That means you work more efficiently and with less stress, and you finish job orders and keep everything in order for reference later.

So it’s a good idea to keep your office clean and neat. At the end of every day put your files away and all of the items on your desk. Take out the next day’s work and get it ready for your attention.

If you keep some of these ideas you will run a smooth office and will be able to finish job orders in a timely manner. Go forth and have some fun doing all of this.
